Terms & Conditions
When purchasing from A to Z Geckos the buyer agrees to the following:
Payments Accepted- Paypal and postal money orders. All payments must clear before shipping. Payments can be arranged- no matter how small. Animals will not ship until full payment is made. If deal is cancelled 25% of total cost is owed as cancellation fee.
Animals shipped will be as advertised- If there is a mix up or you're unhappy with your purchase contact within two days via email/telephone. If not to your satisfaction arrangements will be made between buyer and seller.
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy- provided the buyer is home to accept and sign for the package at delivery. If the buyer isn't home when package arrives, the guarantee is voided. If the buyer has a signature release on file with UPS, live arrival is not guaranteed. If an animal arrives deceased or ill, the buyer must contact me within two hours of signing for the package, then has 24 hours to provide proof. Arrangements will then be made to find a replacement or issue a refund (minus shipping costs). Animals are guaranteed to remain in good health for 14 days after delivery provided that buyer follows proper care/quarantine procedures.
Seller's rights-
Prices may change without notice.
Animals available are limited to what's on hand.
Ability to request a return of a mixed shipment at A to Z Geckos expense, sending the proper order to the buyer after receipt of said animal.
A to Z Geckos can ask for proof of proper housing (via photos, webcam).
A to Z Geckos can refuse any sale.
Enigmas-
Enigmas cannot be guaranteed to have no "syndrome" upon arrival. Shipping may cause issues to appear in a "non syndrome" animal because of the high level of stress it causes. If there's clear "syndrome" issues before shipping you will be notified before purchase. After an animal arrives and displays the "syndrome", there will be no issued refund. Because of this, I will be limiting the number of Enigmas sold.

Before payment is made you will be asked to provide the name of a vet you plan to use, if you do not provide your planned vet's information you will not be sold to by A to Z Geckos.
